Foresight Construction Services is a Woman Business Enterprise with DBE Certification. Foresight is owned and operated by Margaret Talarico, P.E., LEED AP. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) and the Construction Legislative Council.
