Margaret Talarico, Owner
Foresight Construction Services is a Woman Business Enterprise with DBE Certification. Foresight is owned and operated by Margaret Talarico, P.E., LEED AP.
Talarico has a BS in Civil Engineering, with a concentration in Construction Management, from the University of Pittsburgh. She began her career as a construction inspector, before moving into marketing, procurement, and management of inspection services and staff. Other experience includes roadway and structure design, H&H analysis and river flow/flood modeling.
Certifications
Talarico’s current certifications include ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade 1, PCI Levels I & II, NECEPT Concrete Field Testing Technician, NICET Level II, CDS NextGen Certified Operator, OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety, and LEED® Accredited Professional. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) and the Construction Legislative Council.
